We are excited to announce the "Heroes Have Heart" Award.
Given in memory of Erin Scranton, a long-time puppy raiser and Canine Companions supporter who lost her battle with lung cancer this year.
This special award will be handed out annually at the in-person 5k to the participant (adult or child) who shows the most support/excitement/spirit for Canine Companions.
If you are a great cheerleader, have a closet full of fun outfits, or love to make signs you could take this award home!
Our volunteers will be watching all morning our first Hero who has heart!
