Help Is A Four-Legged Word

Take a break from your daily routine and come experience something totally different.
When you register for our second annual 5K run/walk race, you’re signing up for much more than just a spirited event.
You will be running and walking with your furry friends to support a great cause.  
You will join with the Canine Companions for Independence Old Dominion Chapter Puppy Raisers and Graduates to put more highly trained assistance dogs into the hands of adults, children, and wounded veterans who need them!
